The Bluejacket's Manual - 1943 Edition

Produced by the United States Naval Institue in Annapolis, Maryland (still around today), this 11th Edition is the second to be used during WW2. Of the three editions used during the war war (1940, 1943, & 1944), the 1943 edition has to be my favorite because all they did was throw everything that they could think of into the 1940 edition to get recruits up to speed for the war. The 1944 edition would cull a lot of that out, so I have to say that this is my personal favorite Bluejacket's Manual from the war.

Great shape for it's age and how these are usually transported in seabags. There is the typical wear from storage and use on the cover, and some pencil marks inside the cover, but the actual text is good to go.
