The Kolynos "Parley Voo Booklet"

Practical French and German Phrases and How to Pronounce Them

Published by The Kolynos Company of New Haven, Connecticut during WW1 as an advertising gimmick for their dental hygiene products, these booklets were also a useful tool for the soldiers, sailors, and Marines of the AEF. This booklet contained 40 pages of guides for semaphore, morse code, and various words and phrases with their French and German translations. While other guides were made for sale, the booklets produced by The Kolynos Company were distributed for free by the company.

Other than a few bent corners, this booklet is in great shape and would be an excellent addition to your collection, or even for light living history use.
