Vive La France

This booklet was a first for me. Printed in Brest, France for the YMCA, it has a higher quality print job and materials than the typical items produced in France during the war. This book was distributed to soldiers and sailors of the AEF prior to going on R&R. The first part of the book has some basics on the area to help the service member get around, but the remainder of the book (1/2 to 2/3) is all blank pages to be used as a journal, writing paper, or for additional notes on the good places to go while on pass. 

A really great example of a seldom-seen book.
